Service Opportunity at Monroe Park

On August 20th the young adults went up to Richmand to Monroe Park to spread God’s love. As the brother who came up with the idea says; “The people are getting fed, and the love is getting spread“ (Thanks for that perspective Eric!) We shared food, personal items, and Bibles with those who have fallen on hard times and make the park their hang-out.

Young adults began arriving at 7:30 a.m. at the church building. We cut vegitables, boiled rice, and loaded cantelope until 12:00. Then began the treck up to Richmond.

We had a wonderfully blessed time!
